INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp chocolate chips
1⁄4 cup full-fat coconut milk
1⁄2 tbsp coconut sugar
1⁄2 tsp coconut oil
DIRECTIONS
1. Place chocolate chips in a blender or food processor.
Pulse until finely chopped.
2. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine full-fat
coconut milk, coconut sugar and coconut oil. Bring to a
simmer, stirring regularly to dissolve the sugar. Remove
from heat and transfer to the blender.
3. Process until smooth, then pour into a heat-safe
container with a lid (like a mason jar). Refrigerate
overnight, or until set.
