Mango Honey Chia Seed Pudding



Time: 10 minutes
Makes: one serving; you’ll have enough to make twice

INGREDIENTS  
1⁄4 cup almond milk
1⁄4 tsp vanilla
2 1⁄4 tsp chia seeds
3⁄4 tsp honey
1⁄2 mango


DIRECTIONS
To do ahead:
1. To a jar with a lid, add almond milk, vanilla, chia seeds
and honey. Shake well and refrigerate overnight.
At breakfast time:
2. Peel mango and dice into 1/2-inch pieces.
3. Add mango to jar and enjoy!
