Makes: one serving
INGREDIENTS
1⁄2 cucumber
1⁄2 avocado (optional)
2 tbsp shredded carrot
1⁄2 nori
1 tbsp soy sauce
DIRECTIONS
1. Peel and slice cucumber into matchsticks.
2. Next, peel and slice avocado into 2 inch strips.
3. Assemble each handroll by placing equal amounts of
carrot, avocado, and cucumber in a line along one edge
of each nori paper. Roll nori tightly and use a little water
to seal the edge of the nori closed.
4. In a small bowl, add soy sauce for dipping and enjoy!
